Star rating question - move stars to the middle

Hello everyone, 

I am currently working on a survey building and I want to use the sliders question with the stars. Does anyone know how can I change the position of the stars to the middle please ?

Good morning from a sunny Sweden!

 

There is most likely some snippet of code you can add in to push it. But as I’m no coder myself I can only offer a “dumber” solution. And that is adding some non-valuable text to the text-area to the right of the stars and have them push out the stars to where you want them. Then open the Rich content editor and make the text white so it’s not visible. 

That would push out the stars to where you want them.

Oh yes, I actually did that in order to remove the default text label so that’s a good idea. Here’s what it looks like now
