Survey Flow stopping the survey from presenting any questions

I created a survey flow in Qualtrics for the 1st question. If they don't select certain choices, they get a end of survey custom message. However, since it's the first question, when you go to take the survey you immediately get the custom end of survey message and never see the question. What needs to be fixed?
