Surveys with over 30 questions after free trial ends

Hi

I’d like to know if the surveys I made with over 30 questions during the free trial can retain those number of questions, or will it be restricted to just 30 after the trial ends like all the advanced question types.

Thank you

Great question! In Qualtrics, there is no limit to the number of questions per survey in a trial account, and this does not change after your trial expires. When your trial ends and your account is downgraded to a free account, you will still be able to use and view any surveys you created—including those with more than 30 questions. The number of questions per survey is not restricted, even after the trial period.

However, please note that access to advanced question types (such as NPS, Timing, Graphic slider, etc.) will be removed after the trial expires. If your survey contains these advanced question types, you will lose access to them unless you upgrade to a full license. But the total number of questions in your survey will remain unchanged.
