The Response Count label disappeared from a report, I do not know how to get it back.

I have a report built out and connected to a survey that is distributed to different groups with specific embedded data. I then run the report filtering by that imbedded data. I always had the response count under the title of each widget but the response count label has disappeared and I do not know why and I do not know how to get it back. I checked the settings and they are still set to Response Count = Default (Top Left). I even changed the Response Count setting to see if it would show up on the "Top Right," but it still did not show up. Does any one know what I should do to get a response count label back in my report?

    Katie_Nic - Response count settings can be controlled at a widget level and at the report level. Have you tried resetting it from both places?
