Theme in Look & Feel Subsection

I cannot access any options (Layout, General, Style, Background, etc.) below Theme in the Look & Feel subsection is selected. Those options are greyed out and inaccessible. I have selected a Dynamic Theme (Blank). No Static Themes are presented as options (which is OK!). Just wondering how to get past Theme and maneuver to Layout, General, etc. to improve my draft/unpublished survey at this point. Thanks!

These Look & Feel options are greyed out for the trial account and if it's the purchased account then you must reach out to your Brand admin or Qualtrics support for this.
