Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with the UI/UX of a Qualtrics embedded form. The alignment seems inconsistent - sometimes elements are left‑aligned, and other times extra whitespace appears. What’s the best approach to improve or control the design? Any tips or best practices would be appreciated!

@mdpn07 I empathize with these issues. The best luck I’ve had is collaborating with a developer to manually alter the survey and IFrame’s CSS to accommodate our needs.

Hey  mdpn07!

When you're working with embedded forms, it’s usually best to stick with the built-in layout controls before diving into custom CSS. To keep things looking clean and avoid those annoying scrollbar issues, try keeping your questions concise and using the New Survey Taking Experience—it’s much better for mobile responsiveness and accessibility. You can also tighten up the look by setting your Question Spacing to "Compact" and using a minimalist theme in the Look & Feel settings. If you’ve got a longer survey, definitely use page breaks to spread things out.

For more specific tweaks, removing unnecessary headers or adjusting font sizes in the Style tab can make a huge difference. If you do end up needing custom CSS for fine-tuning, just double-check your selectors in the browser dev tools to make sure everything is targeting correctly. Also, don't forget to test the height and width in the "Edit" tab of your creative using the Test Intercept feature.
