Unable to Take Certification Exam

Hello Everyone,

 

Is anyone familiar with the following issue and know any resolutions?

I am attempting to take my Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Exam, but the page tells me that "You must purchase this through a path below" and I see no paths below (please see the image below for a screenshot).

 


I have already purchased the exam through my Bundle: Qualtrics Platform Essentials + XM Fundamentals.
I have a free account, so I am unable to contact support directly about this issue.
