Urgent Help Needed! Retrieval of Data after account closed!

Hi all, hope you are well! I have a problem that would require help urgently as it relates to my research data and so if you are able to help, I would really really appreciate it! Thanks a lot! 

I knew that my university is going to stop using Qualtrics and so I "collaborated" (e.g., send ongoing surveys with data) with a personal free Qualtrics account of mine before the end of 2025. To this end however, I made a mistake thinking that the collaborated surveys will still be intact after the university has terminated the original account and I am just wondering if there is any way of retrieve the data if possible? I have incomplete data up to the end of 2025 although I have collected some additional data in the first week of January and so if there is a way to retrieve it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot! I have asked my university and they do not seem to have a way to retrieve it (and Qualtrics do not allow anyone to contact their technical team anymore without a paid account unfortunately) and so I really hope you are able to help as this is really urgent! Thank you so much for your kindness in advance!

Hi Muddle, In that case you need to contact qualtrics support, they might be able to help you on retreiving the data and survey.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion! The problem is that Qualtrics do not allow you to contact them if you are no longer a paid user, which is a huge shame. Do you know of any email address that we could use? I have tried support@Qualtrics.com and it does not work anymore. Thanks!

You might try reaching out to one of the XM Community admins, MichaelC or AlonsoC; they may be aware of another way you can reach Qualtrics support.
