User not able to load survey on mobile Safari browser | XM Community

Hi all,
One of my participants just notified me that they're getting the attached error when they click my survey link and try to load it on their Safari browser on their phone.
I'm telling them to make sure their browser is updated and cookies are allowed, but wanted to ask here in case there's something else.

There may have been a temporary network interruption at the time the respondent tried to load the survey. I would test the link on your end to determine if it just might be on the respondent's side. If the issue persists for the respondent but not for your, advise them to try another device.
