I have a contact list of known respondants and plan to ask them a different set of questions 4 times over the course of a program. Some questions overlap and build off each other, so I’ve built all questions in one survey, using different blocks.
I issued the initial questions in Block Q1 months ago and now want to email the same contact list the questions only in Block Q2 (some of these questions pipe in their responses from questions in Q1).
How do I direct the respondants to ONLY Block Q2 while using the email distribution feature in Qualtrics?

Hi @jlonning ,
When you use email distribution in Qualtrics, each respondent accesses the survey as a new survey session.
I recommend following the second link above to create embedded data fields in the contact list to track the respondent’s current stage. Then, you can pull existing embedded data from the contact list based on responses from earlier surveys and update the contact list at the end of the survey with new embedded data to capture any additional responses for future surveys.
