+3Hi, I have a question related to the data & analysis tab of Qualtrics and the Data Table where the respondents’ data are displayed (like rows per response). If I were to edit directly fields in the Data Table, are these automatically saved as a new version? Is there a version history of the Data Table available, similar to the survey version history?

Please be informed that any changes made to the data in the fields of the Data and Analysis tab will not be automatically saved. You must click on 'Review and Publish' to save the changes. It's important to note that once published, your answer will not be saved as a new version, but will update the old answer in the same field.
If you wish to view the original data after editing, simply click on the grey box within the field.
