Video is failing to upload in some browsers

Hi,
I have uploaded a few videos in a survey using HTML and URL and I've received a feedback that some of these video failed to upload.
Any idea what how I can fix this?
I'm hosting some of videos in dropbox.

Hi Simin,
You may need to provide some additional detail in order for someone to provide a solution here. On the face of it, I'd be asking...

  1. Have you seen evidence of the issues that have been fed back to you (e.g. have respondents provided you with any screenshots/captures demonstrating the behaviour they're describing)?

  2. Have you been able to replicate the issue?

  3. Have you tried to re-upload the offending videos and validate that they are indeed working (from your perspective) within the survey?

  4. Have you ensured that the relevant permissions have been conifigured on the Dropbox end to ensure that your videos are visible/accessible to any survey respondents?
