Video is not visible in the preview window.

I inserted a Youtube video in quesionnaire using embedded HTML.
It is visible in the editing window, but it's invisible in the preview window.
The error message said "The question 15 was not saved. Only the subcategory of HTML markup tag can be available"
How can I sort this issue out?
