I have a one question survey that is a video response. When I try to download it in the Offline app I have an error of unsupported question type. Am I doing something incorrectly or is this not even possible?

I would check this page to be sure when setting up offline surveys in the future, as it lists the video response feature as incompatible with the offline app:
