I am just creating a survey where I would like the current respondent to be able to view the response summary of all the responses submitted so far, not just his or her. Is there any link to that page that I can include in the custom End of Survey Message?

It's not possible using the default functionality. You can see this discussion here for a possible workaround. I can set it up for you, following al anonymity and GDPR regulations, but it'll be chargable.
Another option you could explore, though with very limited functionality is setting up a public dashboard using Quotas. In the end of survey element, just redirect them to the dashboard URL.

You could just create a public report in Qualtrics using either Results-Reports or Advanced Reports. Just create the report and get a public shareable link. Then copy/paste that shareable link into a custom end message at the end of your survey.
I think that process would be easy enough. Those two help articles should have a lot of useful information on how to create and edit the reports, as well as how to get public/shareable links. But let me know if you need more help.
