When a phone call interrupts a mobile survey?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first survey and I have a question about this eal-world situation:

A person used ScanLife on a flyer with a QR code to start the survey. During the survey, the phone receives a call and the participant takes it. How does the participant get back to the survey. If you click on ScanLife, the phone is stuck in “Loading” spin.

What should I do as survey creator to prevent this?

A respondent should go back to their browser to continue the survey, not the ScanLife app.
