In our workflow, we have a condition that will trigger a XM directory task to distribute a survey to the customer. However, is it possible to add in CC the “creator” of the survey to trackdown the customer or make sure the email was correctly sent ?

After seaching a bit, the workflow use is triggered by a question condition.
The survey is distributed by XM directory to an individual in our Directorie segment list. The person mentionned with the email in the survey will get a different survey with this workflow.
However, It seems I can’t put a cc for now. Maybe a feature for the future.
