Dear Qualtrics Community,
I have a question regarding the Display Name and footer in a survey:
When I previewed my study using the anonymous distribution link, I noticed that I was shown a wrong Display Name and footer. Now, after correcting them, they are correct in the preview of my study, but when I click on the anonymous link, the wrong Display Name and footer show up again. I tried logging out and back in again to ensure that the changes were saved, but the error occurred again.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?

+30Is this still happening? Sometimes there's a temporary lag before the changes take effect in the live link. You might also try a different browser to see if the problem occurs there too.

thank you very much for your answer.
Unfortunately, it´s still happening. Is there any way to fix this or would it help if I created a new study and just copied in all the elements from the original one?
