Classic report was our preferred reporting style as it's much easy to manage and customise to our needs. However, in the last few months, there were instances that it keeps on crashing and data not being updated. Hence, we are starting to shift to using the default or results reporting. Want to know if anyone here experience the same. Thank you.

Hi @grayat!
We are actively investing in the next generation of Reports and making only selected updates to the Classic Reports product. However, if you have an issue that is blocking your ability to successfully use the Classic Reports product, we highly suggest that you open a support ticket by reaching out to our Support Team!
Furthermore, if you have suggestions on how we can improve our other reporting tools, if you have not yet already, we’d recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category, as it is a feature not already developed by our team. Be sure to review the How to Write a Good Product Idea template and our Ideation Guidelines before you post your idea! We welcome your feedback!

Hi - I'm also still using classic reports on some of the surveys that we have had set up for a while. Have tried using the new version too, but have experienced classic reports crashing and not saving changes so will try to move everything over soon. Will be reaching out to the Support team for help.
