Wanted to ask a general question to you all - For those who have implemented Design XM in your organization, are you seeing a positive ROI from it and how long and how much effort did it take to start seeing value from it?
I'm particularly curious to see answers from those who've used features such as Video Feedback, Audience Management and Digital Feedback.
I've been doing some research however I've yet to find the type of insights I'm looking for.
Curious to hear about your experiences!
