Automatic contact list (and sending individual links) update?

Hello,
I am conducting a research which consists of two surveys. The first one is quick, I gather email adresses and formalities. It will available via the anonymous link in social media. The second one is really long, so that I would like to send it with individual link, thus subjects would be able to not complete the whole survey at once, but they will be able to take some breaks.
I would like to ask, is it possible to automate the processes of sending individual links, just after subjects complete the first survey? Ideally, it would be look like this; when subject complete the first survey, contact list is automatically updated with their email adress, and then, automatic email with an individual link is sent. Is it possible to make it that way (or another way, with the similar effect)?
