Calculate response rates without Respondent Funnel

Hi all,
I would like to calculate my response and completion rates on surveys (so nr surveys started / nr of emails sent and nr of surveys completed / nr of emails sent).
I know this can be done with Respondent Funnel, but my CSR sais I'm not allowed to use that in my licence :(
Is there any other way in which these rates can be calculated? (PS I do have access to CX Dashboards)

    We didn't figure out a way to do that without the Respondent Funnel. It was quite irritating.
