image.pngI want to send out one of my surveys that currently shows the status of New. I am unable to send out the link as an error message appears saying I have to many active surveys. I only have 1 active survey, but am unsure how to deactivate this survey (without deleting it) so I can share the other one.

This looks like an issue with your account, which Community members are unable to address. I suggest contacting Qualtrics support.
