Can qualtrics summarise and email responses for individuals within the dataset

Hi all,
The background here is that we have respondents providing feedback on a course, and we need to distribute that feedback to course convenors.
Just wondering if this can be done with some sort of Qualtrics reporting function. That is, can Qualtrics collate the responses provided for a course, and then email that sumary to the convenor listed against that course.
To give people and idea, the data structure would like something like this:
