Can we prevent the participants from refreshing the page and re-doing the survey ?
When the participants are directed to the end of survey page, they are allowed to re-start the survey by refreshing their page. Do qualtrics have option for prevent this?

If you are using "Anonymous" link then a participant can participate any no. of time. if they are participating from a different browser of the same machine.
You can try checking the box "Prevent ballot box" option which is under "Survey Options"

If you are distributing the survey through email, SMS or generate link then once participant complete the survey then they wont be able to re-do it.
