Cant get survey to trigger event based action..

Hi,

I am setting up a two weeks survey. I am using day 1 as an event based email trigger. Once a participant is completing day 1, they arent getting the trigger on day 2, day 3 and henceforth... Can anyone tell me why? I'm trying to use a contact list too..

Hi ameliar - it looks like you were able to contact our Support team about this one and they helped resolve your issue regarding Actions on your survey. They identified a couple Piped Text errors that were piping in the wrong information that were causing the actions to not fire. If anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, be sure to double check your Piped Text, and if the issue persists, be sure to reach out to our Support team!
