Carrying forward drag and drop responses

My survey will involve completing 2 drag and drop questions - the first requires participants to drag and drop statements into one of three boxes ('important', 'unsure', or 'unimportant'). The next drag and drop question requires participants to sort the same statements into one of 11 boxes. I would like the initially sorted three groups of statements to be carried forward to the second drag and drop question. But when I try to carry forward answers, it only gives options to bring forward certain items rather than bring them all forward but display them in the three sorted groups. Any help with this would be great!
