Choice Group Titles not Shown

My Choice Group titles are not shown on my Survey, regardless i choose what type of multiple choice or matrix table? Do i need to enable something to show the Choice group titles in the published survey?

Okay, i found out why. I need to assign choices to the group before the group can be displayed even I move them to the right position. Case closed.

          Thank you! Post is 5 years old at this point but still helped me figure out what I couldn’t find in documentation or any other way.

          NOTE: To assign a choice to a group, click on the CHOICE and then use its dropdown to Assign To Group.  This is the other detail I could not find in documentation or figure out how to ask in a way that Google or AI services would provide a direct answer.
