Completing a fragmented word
Hi there,
I want to ask my respondents to complete the word fragment such as "_ _ oker". In this case, they need to fill the first two characters to make it a complete word. For example, they can type "s" in the first blank and "m" in the second to make it "smoker". How can I design this kind of question in Qualtrics?

There may be a better way of doing this if you know javascript, but here is my workaround:
Use a descriptive text box to show the blanks and letters.
Use a text entry form to insert the letters.
Add a page break.
On the next page use a descriptive text box with the letters piped in to show the word.
