Creating a Topic for single comments

Hi
I would like to be able to weed out single word answers from my survey like "Yes" or "No" when I am creating topics in Text IQ however I am struggling to find a way to do this without pulling in all comments that include these words.
Example: comment is just "no" then have a topic called NO for all instances of this, if comment is "No but it did work by doing" then have this as a different topic name without bleeding into the NO one
Can this be done?

      What I do is tag those type of comments as NA and just filter NA out of any reporting.

        Thanks for the suggestion MSobotta but I was looking at a non manual solution if possible, thought it would have been easy to create a topic for single words but its proving to be not the case
