Creating personalized feedback for participants

Hi all,
For our participants we would like to generate an personalized feedback based on their answers in the survey. For example, the participants indicate in the survey the prevalence of depressive complaints, anxiety and associated symptoms. We would like to give the participants feedback about these scores so they can use this in their next sessions with their psychologist. Is this possible within Qualtrics? Preferably, we would like to generate an PDF in which there is an short overview of their scores compared with a reference group.

      Yes, you can use branch logic on question/ score and show them a descriptive text feedback accordingly. You can use response summary option of end of survey.
