Customize single response report

Question

I'm trying to figure out how to customize the single response report such that respondents can immediately receive a summary of their answers and receive an overall score. I understood that should be possible but haven't been able to figure out how. Could anyone help me directing me where to find the answer to that?

@Hans when our university wanted to send results to students from their self assessment we used a combination of trigger emails and scoring features in Qualtrics.The trigger email (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/email-triggers/) is your "single response report" template that you can customize the text and layout you want. You use piped text (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/piped-text/piped-text-overview/) and/or math operations (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/piped-text/math-operations/) to pull in the scores you want to show students.You apply the scoring through survey editor (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/scoring/). Ps: i found this thread https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/298/single-response-report-can-you-add-descriptive-text-questions-to-report but don't understand the alternative solutions and would find it strange if Qualtrics doesn't offer such an option
