Default Choices with Non-Displayed Questions

Does anyone know if I set default choices on a question, and then the question is not displayed to the respondent, would the default choices appear in the dataset?

I've just tested it, and can confirm that the default choices do not appear in the dataset
+11I haven't tested it myself but I highly doubt it. You can test it pretty easily with a survey preview though.
