Deselect radio button for "other" statement in a matrix question

Hello,
I have a matrix question (a sample shown in the figure below). I have applied content validation so that Statement 1 and 2 require compulsory answer. The "Other" statement is optional, but requires the users to enter text in the textbox if they select any likert point for "other". The problem is: If the user clicks on some likert point for "other" by mistake, then the user is unable to deselect it as well as is asked to enter text into the textbox (since that is force response).
image.pngNOTE: There can be situations in my survey when the user has to select statement A or B and also "other" to enter more data so it's not possible to make other mutually exclusive.
Any leads or ideas are appreciated.
