Drop down list from contacts minus the respondent's name

Would appreciate help with this question. Could someone be so kind as to tell me how to populate a drop down list from contacts list, a name and a surname so the respondent can select a name and so that their name is not on the list as they should not select themselves. So the question is : please evaluate your team mate. Teammate 1, team mate 2, etc. Team mate 1 has a drop down list of people (the source of data is the contacts list) that they select from. Then Teammate 2 has a drop down list of people from contacts but again doesn't contain the name of the respondent or the name already selected for teammate 1.
