Has anyone ever had all of their emails in a distribution fail? I have created a contact list as normal but for some reason the server is not liking the email addresses. The format looks ok so not sure what it could be?

i have experienced that when the MXrecord is broken. The emails cannot be sent because the distribution domain is not allowed. maybe you can check that
After speaking with support for a number of times, we finally figured out that the distribution was expired. Seriously, Qualtrics. That is a horrible error message. Make a better error message like "your distribution is expired" instead of "Failed Distribution". Absurd.
