Error opening downloaded data file
+2When I downloaded a csv data file to my desktop and tried to open it, I got a message that Windows cannot complete the extraction. I figured out how to extract the data, but that's never happened to me before and wondered if anyone else has receive that error.

+43i think this is due to file corrupt, you can try downloading again, it will work.
