Exporting to SPSS

Hello,
To save me time in the long run, I scored my survey in Qualtrics with the values I wanted to show up during export (e.g., reverse coded questions within blocks). When I export my data to SPSS, the scoring I made on Qualtrics doesn't appear to be conserved and I can't figure out why. I've attached a picture illustrating the discrepancy between what I have set the scores to be on Qualtrics and the Word export of my survey which shows what appears in SPSS. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The numbers we are seeing in word screenshot are recode values (which gets codded in export file and not the scoring). If you have collected the responses already Do Not change these recode values now as they can lead to data loss/discrepancy.
