I need to generate a report that shows which respondents gave which answers. How can I do that?

@Eliz_Simmons: where you want to see this result? If you are using Vocalize, you can use Record Grid widget. Also if you are looking for the individual respondents details, you can use following link format https://<data center ID>.qualtrics.com/WRQualtricsControlPanel/Report.php?R=<Response ID>&NoStatsTables=1&SID=<Survey ID>&ResponseSummary=True Need to replace the place holder<> with actual values.
