Highlight question with only one value

If you start a Highlight Question, and provide only one value, it still requires the user to tap once to open the context menu, and then tap on the value to select. Is there a way to highlight on one tap only?
I am trying to have them select a large number of words, and that really slows things down.

Hi trevor_day! Current out-of-the-box functionality does not allow for users to complete these actions all in one. If you'd like, you can go ahead and submit this as a new Idea in our Product Ideas category, so it may be considered for future feature implementation! 😀
