I hope to make the survey to be more professional, so I want to add a logo to the top of the survey page. Do you know how I can do that. Thanks a lot!

How can I add a logo or an icon at the top of the survey page?

Look & Feel, Header, edit and put your company name and logo there. It will show up on every page of the survey.
