How can I build an 'if X then Y' into a default response?

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster...My dilemma...I am using the output from my survey to populate another system through a csv upload. Through the respondents answers I want to determine a final, hidden, variable that will assign them to a prescribed group in the new system. It's basically an if, X then Y scenario. Q2 - what department are you in? (dropdown list)-Finance-HR-Botany-History-Enrolment ServicesQ3 - what is your role? (dropdown list)-Admin-Faculty-OtherQ4 - outcome (hidden text)- Staff (if Q2 = Finance or HR)- Staff (if Q2 = Botany or History and Q3 = Admin)- Faculty (if Q2 = Botany or History and Q3 = Faculty)- Enrolment Services (if Q2 = Enrolment Services)I thought I could configure this through Autocomplete with my original survey as my supplemental data source, feeding my secondary survey which would become my export but I can't figure out how to make an if/then statement work.ps. I want to keep it as simple as possible as I will be handing it over to a client without technical skills.
