How can I check if I have the full license (all functionalities) of Qualtrics?

I registered using my university email (University of Amsterdam), I'd like to know if I have limitations to share and download the results of a questionnaire. Thank you very much

Hi @Angelo! If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the Support Team about this. They will be able to let you know which features your account will have access to.

    Hi Angelo, have you tried simply asking your CSM from Qualtrics? They should be able to give you that answer. Depending on how you licensed your product, you may have a customized configuration of your product? That's how it is for me at least. Cheers, M

    @Angelo, see this link here - https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/gCsiCyXynHwxnnUM5OVo?domain=qualtrics.com If you are not able to access any of the mentioned features, you probably have a trail version and not a full license.
