How can i get response report on the click of link in Dashboard

Hi, I have a dashboard with a record table that contains a respondent name, Survey Name, and link. On same link, if I click I want to generate a response report. can anyone help me to understand how can I achieve that?

Response ticker with an option to show whole response on a click? Another option may be using the following, and i think it needs to be implemented before the launch of the survey to work. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/integrations/salesforce-integration/response-mapping/#MappingAResponseReportLink
