How can I make embedded data avaliable for a message?

Hi, I create embedded data in my survey. Before I publish my survey, I create a custom end of survey message and add some embedded data into my message. After I publish my survey, I go to message library and edit my end of survey message. I am not able to add other embedded data onto that message because no embedded data is available to choose from.
How can I make those embedded data available?

This is because, at the time of creating the message, Qualtrics isn't aware of which survey you will be using the message for. Just type in the name of the variable and click insert. If you set such a variable in your survey, it will work fine.
