How do I add an example row in a matrix table

Hi, I would like to be able to add a row to my matrix table that is not for responses, but rather to show an example response from which respondents will base their responses off of. The closest I can get to my desired outcome is to provide default responses for the first row of my matrix table. However, the respondents can obviously change these default responses, and I do not want them to be able to do that. If anyone has any idea how I could accomplish this, let me know. Thanks so much!

@dheniford I would try inserting a screen shot as an image directly above the matrix table showing the example you have in mind. There might be a fancier way to do it with coding, but I don't know javascript...
