How do I add headers to my Profile Matrix question? | XM Community

I want to add headers to the matrix (profile) below and I've tried following the method in "https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/11810/how-do-i-add-header-text-above-the-statements-in-a-matrix-table-constant-sum-and-align-the-text" but it does not really match my needs.
image.pngIt looks like this with the likert matrix labels added above, but I want the labels to be added to the top of each column like a table.

Would the biploar option in the Matrix question type accomplish what you want to do here?

I did consider the bipolar option but in that case the checkboxes would be side by side. I couldn't find a way to make it such that it appears in the sequence of option-answer-option-answer rather than option-answer-answer-option.
I can also arrange the table such that each row has 2 labelled options available, but there wasn't such a layout as well.
