How do I link date of birth to later question about life history?

I am developing a survey asking about peoples engagement in activities over time.
I have Q1 - asking date of birth, and Q2 - asking what years people were engaged in activity 'X'.
Currently my Birthdate question is just Text entry (Completely fine to change this as needed).
Q2 is a 'Side by Side' question (it has to stay as this style of question).
Q2 has a list of years from 2020 back to 1940. I want to limit this to respondents year of birth. I.e. A respondent is born in 1993 - Q2 should go from 2020-1993.

Any help much appreciated.

    You can either use option display logic based on the DOB question or javascript to hide the options.
