Hi, I'm new to Qualtrics and would appreciate some guidance. I'm trying to find a way to merge responses that were collected from two different sub-questions within a grid/matrix question. There are 7 sub-questions within the grid/matrix but I'd only need to merge the responses from two specific sub-questions so that they fall under one response column in data & analysis. Appreciate any help from any kind soul! Thanks!

We can create an embedded data for this. In survey flow using branch logic check if the required condition is fulfilled by those two sub questions, if yes then set the created embedded data to respective value else to some other value. Now use this embedded data to analyse in data & analysis.

Thanks rondev, but what constitutes "the required condition"?
