How do I put the IP Address? My anonymize response isn't selected, but I still can not the IP address.
Please, explain in detail.

Hmm. In that case, I would recommend contacting support. They'll be able to take a look at your survey settings and account permissions and tell you what you need to do or what's not working correctly. Good luck to you!
